Oregon Culinary Institute Programs

The Oregon Culinary Institute (OCI) is part of the Pioneer Pacific College family of schools where students can earn a degree or diploma in Baking and Pastry, Culinary Arts, or Restaurant Management. The primary focus is on technique through extensive hands-on training.

Students also have the opportunity to participate in the school’s open-to-the-public fine-dining restaurant – preparing and serving lunches, dinners, and desserts, prior to gaining even more on-the-job experience during externships at off-site properties.

Programs include:

• Culinary Management AAS Degree, and Culinary Arts Diploma
• Baking and Pastry Management AAS Degree, and Baking and Pastry Diploma
• Restaurant Management AAS Degree, and Restaurant Management Diploma
