Position: Accounting Clerk
Job Location: Corporate Office (Milwaukie,OR)
Department: Administration
Status: Full time
Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable – Responsible for the full A/P cycle from collecting invoice approvals through the filing of paid invoices.
  • Accounts Receivable – Responsible for posting payments and refunds to students' ledgers from various entities.
  • Administrative – Responsible for the maintaining costs in the Master Text Book List.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required along with 2-5 years related experience.
  • Experience working with computerized accounting software programs – Campus Vue and Quickbooks experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
