  • Courses are offered at our Beaverton, Springfield, and Wilsonville locations.

  • You will be trained in general office skills, computer operation skills, receiving patients, preparing medical forms, and in the administration of today’s complex medical and healthcare offices.

  • Skills taught during this program will prepare you to perform key duties such as:

    • Administrative duties using specific knowledge of medical terminology and hospital, clinic, or laboratory procedures.

    • Schedule and confirm patient diagnostic appointments, surgeries, or medical consultations.

    • Use word processing, spreadsheet, or other software applications to prepare reports, invoices, financial statements, letters, case histories, or medical records.

    • Maintain medical records, technical library, or correspondence files.

    • Maintain confidentiality of patients’ records.
