Picking Up Where You Left Off in Your Healthcare Education21 November 2017
As we get closer to a new year, many former students and undergrads think of making a fresh start. Choosing to re-start or continue your college education is a major decision.
Did you take a break during your studies? Has it been a while since you enrolled in a college or university or are you curious if your old college credits will transfer? While transferring can be confusing and complicated, we can help make the process easier. In a 2015 study, more than a third of all college students have transferred at least once! Pioneer Pacific College is here to help you through this complex process and re-ignite your healthcare education!
Can your credits transfer?
Pioneer Pacific College allows students to transfer a variety of credits in order to help aid in the completion of a degree, certificate, or diploma. We can partner with you to create a smooth credit transfer process and help you decide on a new course of learning.
Up to one-half of the total credit requirements for program completion may be awarded by means of transfer credit, challenge credit or a combination of the two. Pioneer Pacific College has additional guidelines for transferring credits.
If you have credits that you are interested in transferring or would like to learn more about this process, call the admissions team at 1-866-772-4636 for step-by-step instructions.
Where to begin?
To get started, make sure to have your materials ready, including transcripts. For certain programs, letters of recommendation and a cover letter may be required. Being prepared is helpful and may help you to enroll faster! Once you contact our admissions team, we will work with you to determine what credits are transferable for the program in which you would like to enroll and will help coordinate an appointment with a Financial Aid Officer to review your eligibility. It takes planning, work, and determination but we are here to help you through the process.
