PPC Student wins Oregon Paralegal Association’s Essay Scholarship Contest!3 December 2013
The Oregon Paralegal Association held its 2013 convention in Wilsonville, Oregon, offering Pioneer Pacific legal students an opportunity to attend. The conference provides up and coming paralegals the opportunity to network, learn tricks of the trade from seasoned attorneys and paralegals, and enter the Student Essay Scholarship contest.
Hundreds of legal assistants and legal students from all over the state entered the contest. The winner of the contest received a fully paid scholarship to the three day convention that included all seminars, meals, and the opportunity to share their story.
Pioneer Pacific’s very own Rhonda Orsatti was chosen as the contest winner! Orsatti’s essay was a heartfelt autobiography sharing her journey through struggle and strife, through which she gained strength and resilience. Orsatti’s story is truly inspiring, and underscores how hard work and determination can pave the way to success.
Ms. Orsatti exemplifies the positivism and strong work ethic on which we pride ourselves at Pioneer Pacific College. Congratulations!
