Position: Career Services Specialist
Job Location: Springfield/ OR
Department: Placement
Status: Full time
  • Contact employers and maintain professional relationships within the community.
  • Contact current and former students to get employment information.
  • Data entry, filing and maintain reports.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and events.
    • Respond correctly to student inquiries.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with employers and community members.
  • Customer service.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Data entry and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm
