Position: Compliance Administrator
Job Location: Corporate Office (Milwaukie ,OR)
Department: Compliance
Status: Full time
  • Create and administer internal and external regulatory reports.
  • Research and analyze information and then create reports based on that information.
  • Assist with processing program applications.
  • Maintain current knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Must be able to maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion while ensuring that the appropriate parties are informed in a timely manner.
  • Will be required to meet critical deadlines.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong Excel user and ability to use Word effectively.
  • Experience in Financial Aid or compliance in an educational environment preferred.
  • Experience with CampusVue or other Student Information system preferred.
  • Must be detail-oriented, accurate, organized and have good research skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Familiarity with State of Oregon, Federal and Accreditation standards as they apply to post-secondary education is preferred.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
