Position: Corporate Director of Admissions
Job Location: Corporate Office (Milwaukie,OR)

Status: Full time
  • Develop strategies for meeting enrollment objectives by working with the corporate CEO and other senior management to achieve desired results.
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable policies, laws and regulations.
  • Direct engagement with the management of the day-to-day operations and staff.
  • Build a strong, accountable, metrics driven organization with a focus on delivering high quality customer-focused, sales relevant product.
  • Establish, recommend and implement policies, budgets and goals.
  • Communication of progress against metrics, key initiatives and operational challenges to senior management and personnel as well as holding teams accountable to targets.
  • Minimum of 5 or more years of recent experience in a senior management position in Admissions.
  • Proven ability to manage teams at multiple locations.
  • The position requires an undergraduate degree. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of Admissions and the related compliance issues.
  • Strong leadership, operational and management abilities with a focus on team execution.
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage projects and operate independently.
  • Able to motivate employees and ensure execution of goals.
  • Solid budgeting and P&L experience.
  • Experience working with sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in Education CRM systems.
  • Requires flexibility with an ability to work in fast paced, high pressure and rapidly changing environments
  • Entrepreneurial, energetic and exceptional at team building with dynamic leadership abilities.
  • Willing to travel to work sites
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
