Responsibilities: |
- Develop strategies for meeting enrollment objectives by working with the corporate CEO and other senior management to achieve desired results.
- Responsible for compliance with applicable policies, laws and regulations.
- Direct engagement with the management of the day-to-day operations and staff.
- Build a strong, accountable, metrics driven organization with a focus on delivering high quality customer-focused, sales relevant product.
- Establish, recommend and implement policies, budgets and goals.
- Communication of progress against metrics, key initiatives and operational challenges to senior management and personnel as well as holding teams accountable to targets.

Qualifications: |
- Minimum of 5 or more years of recent experience in a senior management position in Admissions.
- Proven ability to manage teams at multiple locations.
- The position requires an undergraduate degree. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Admissions and the related compliance issues.
- Strong leadership, operational and management abilities with a focus on team execution.
- Strong initiative and ability to manage projects and operate independently.
- Able to motivate employees and ensure execution of goals.
- Solid budgeting and P&L experience.
- Experience working with sales and marketing initiatives.
- Experience in Education CRM systems.
- Requires flexibility with an ability to work in fast paced, high pressure and rapidly changing environments
- Entrepreneurial, energetic and exceptional at team building with dynamic leadership abilities.
- Willing to travel to work sites

Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm |
