Position: Learning Content Developer
Job Location: Wilsonville, OR
Department: Online
Status: Full-time regular
  • Create online course content utilizing existing specifications and pre-defined processes.

  • Utilize software tools and LMS functionality to develop interactive activities, media assets, rich content presentations, and assessments.

  • Ensure online course content supports all Terminal Performance Objectives and Weekly Learning Objectives.

  • Work closely with faculty and other team members to contribute to the overall online student experience.

  • As an editor, ensure clarity, organization, accuracy, style, and quality of written work.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2+ years in creating course content.

  • Deep understanding of adult learning theories, higher education models, and best practices in curriculum design.

  • Strong organizational and research skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • LMS experience preferred.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
