Position: Radiologic Technology – Clinical Coordinator
Job Location: Springfield, Oregon

Status: Full time
  • Visit clinical sites and provide faculty guidance to students as well as mentor them during their clinical experience.
  • Monitor each student’s progress, attendance and disciplinary issues.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the clinical education.
  • Administer and maintain a database containing the information for each clinical site.
  • Collaborate with the Radiology Program Director and community partners to expand the number of clinical placement sites.
  • Instruct didactic and/or clinical classes as needed.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • Candidates must be registered with the ARRT with documentation of two years of clinical experience in a professional discipline.
  • Hold a current and unencumbered Oregon Board of Medical Imaging Licensure in Radiology.
  • Able to create and maintain positive and professional community relationships.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized and able to maintain confidentiality.
Work Schedule: Will be required to visit clinical sites over long distances. The majority of the clinical rotations occur between 7 am and 7 pm (Mon – Fri). Will be required to be on-call during these times.
